At Structural Timber Frame, we are able to manufacture external wall panels in either  89mm or 140mm thick timbers, and up to 3m in height and 3.6m in length.  The external wall panels are clad with OSB and a breather membrane to suit the thermal requirements of the structure.

 

Our floor panels are made from timber I-joists and decked with OSB or chipboard in our floor factories. For larger spans or more open-plan buildings, we use laminated beams to achieve longer spans while maintaining structural integrity. If required, we can also produce roof panels similar to our floor panels, although the majority of our roofs are made from our own prefabricated roof trusses.
